Herbal Consultation
At GLCA, we utilize Traditional Chinese Medical diagnostic tools including observing the pulses and tongue to evaluate organ systems of the body—in combination with the symptoms reported by the patient—to determine the optimal herbal prescription. We create customized formulas that address specific needs and overall imbalances. Regular visitors to our clinic benefit from ongoing micro and macro adjustments to their herbal regimens.
Herbal Pharmacy
We offer a full herbal pharmacy on site, with patent medicines, granular medicines, and raw herbs. The granular and patent medicines we provide are certified GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) by the FDA.
Fees
Herbal consultations are provided at no charge for established private and community acupuncture clients.
The cost of herbal preparations typically runs $15-35 per week. Herbal pharmacy purchases are non-refundable.
